I must say that I don’t really follow the news about disaster as what I used too … The recent disasters were hurricane in Myanmar and earthquake in China. Having more than 150 thousands deaths for both events, it can be considered as major disaster.
Well, that is the actual natural disaster abroad … guess what, we *Indonesian* also have a greater disaster. The increasing price of crude oil is a new disaster for more than 15 million people in Indonesia. It’s the number of new poor people in this country … what an ironic. We live in a country that are bless with natural resources, but for most of its people … it’s meaningless.
Sometimes I think that if only our leaders have a damn good intention for its people … for sure, we’ll be prosperous. Well, it just like a public secret that most people know how corrupt the government is … *I perhaps once lived from those long chain of corruption projects*. But, protest about injustice only lies in our minds. Well, can’t say it further even though I was a witness and heard bunch of inside traders *selling out our beloved country for the benefit of few*.
Enough about local disaster … do you know that the level of arctic melting is increasing and perhaps more disaster will be occurred in some parts of the globe? Perhaps we should stop saying it as natural disaster … it is our own fault *human*. Well, I try to make a kind of serious review on that … really.
